Job description


Junior Software QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Junior Software QA Tester is also competent in executing test cases and must be passionate about quality, Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.


  • Participate in review sessions of business requirements. Collaborate with other team members and contribute to design discussions.

  • Work closely with the development staff to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.

  • Identify areas for improvement of developed products

  • Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches

  • Provide real-time feedback to the development team for the test progress report

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Executes test cases under varying circumstances

  • Troubleshoots, and investigates glitches within the team

  • Report bugs and errors to the development teams

  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

  • Evaluates and logs test results for proper software documentation

Job requirements


  • A graduate of BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related fields

  • At least 1 year of proper work experience in any related field

  • Error documentation and troubleshooting abilities

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills

  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proactive and a good team player
