Role Description

  • Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our companies
  • Recruiting and Headhunting Junior to Senior positions through a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Takes ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develops job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Screens candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing candidate screenings
  • Administer recruitment tests and scoring test answer sheets
  • Facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manages onboarding and new hire process up to deployment
  • Prepares employment contracts for all newly-hired
  • Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Build the Company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals and other partners.
  • Records and handles daily expenses e.g(office supplies and office maintenance)
  • Assist in processing and handling company licenses and permits e.g(business permits and accreditation)
  • Assist in handling legal, paralegal, and confidential documents of the company
  • Work with an HR Specialist.

Job requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 3 years experience of end to end Recruitment

  • A 1-year experience in Recruitment Industry (RPO) is a big plus

  • Proactive and skilled at hunting for candidates online with X-Ray searches, LinkedIn, networks, and groups.

  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Organized and with multi-tasking skills.

  • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process

  • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a similar field
